Lead Real Estate Opens Reservations for JINRYU HOTEL IZUMO in Shimane Prefecture

TOKYO, Sept. 17, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lead Real Estate Co., Ltd (Nasdaq: LRE) (“LRE” or “the Company”), a Japanese real estate developer, today announced the opening of reservations for JINRYU HOTEL IZUMO, a new luxury Japanese-style all-suite hotel designed for extended stays near Izumo Taisha, one of Japan’s most historic landmarks. Reservations opened on September 1, 2026.

Located at 597-2 Shurimen, Taisha-cho, Izumo-shi, Shimane, the four-story property features six large suites, each accommodating six or more guests. The top-floor living room offers a direct view of Izumo Taisha’s grand torii gate.

The JINRYU HOTEL series was developed through a collaboration between Lead Real Estate and Ryuka First-Class Architect Office, led respectively by President Eiji Nagahara and architect Hiroshi Fuwa.
